Tuesday Tip

We are all in the midst or beginning to think about decorating our homes for the Christmas Holidays. I like to look at magazines and get ideas, but I want to be original also. I have a tried and true tip that makes my trees unique. So here is my tip for today.
If you are looking for a different look for your tree skirt, try using a beautiful tablecloth. I have used these for several years now, I try to use color either under the tablecloth or on top. The ideas are as endless as your tablecloth collection, so go for it. I hope you have a wonderful time decorating and try to pace yourselves and don't stress too much!!!

Hi Sheila!

I'm glad to hear that your excited about winning! Woo woo! I do need for you to send me your address in email. When you do, I will explain about how everything is arriving.

I use table cloths and large scarves for many things. I have used tablecloths for tree skirts as well and they work great! We are saving money this year by being resourceful. Keep sharing those ideas!

Merry Christmas,
KJ

This is a great idea. I saw your comments at KJ's and had to see what another Sheila was up to. I like your blog. Congrats on winning KJ's prize.

Hello Shelia,

That is a great idea! I have also bought material on the dollar table at Wal-Mart in a red and white stripe and used it as well.

Hope you have a wonderful day and I will have your cookies ready soon. I will let you know asap.

Great idea. I love your tips. I also wish I was eating supper last night at your house. Cheese soup sounds so good. Will you share the recipe with me? I think it might be one my boys would love as well. Be good and wishing you lots of love.

Great tips you have here! Sometimes I use a large piece of fabric just puddled around the tree.
