Tip:
Lets take time to add exercise to our daily routine. "Bless Our Hearts" a few minutes everyday by moving, walking, dancing, biking, swimming, playing whatever you love to do that moves your body and blesses your heart.

Great tip and soooo true. That's why I bike, walk, play tennis, go to the gym, etc.
