Wow it is only 15 days until Christmas, here Monday rolls around again. I have been stressing a little lately. I can't seem to get everything done that needs to be done. I am using this stress to my advantage, keeping my menus very simple thru Holiday Season. Thank you to Laura at Orgjunkie for hosting Menu Plan Monday. Hope you all have a peaceful week.

Tue: Burritos, Corn in Cob
Wed: Lasagna, Garden Salad
Thur: Chili, grilled cheese
Fri: Eat out or Take out
Sat: Left overs
